The lit2x-2.01* files are the Glasgow Literate Programming tools,
extracted from the Glasgow Haskell 2.01 distribution.

I think the only changed thing since the 0.19 release is that the
lit2html stuff works better (thanks to Sigbjorn Finne <sof>).
The production of .dvi and .info files is basically as before.
