Studly capitals

This is a convention for naming identifiers, where the identifier starts with a capital letter and words begin with capital letters and are not separated by underscores. So, for example, one would use SomeMultiWordName.

Note that due to Haskell syntax, this would imply the identifier is a type, constructor or class name.
