- Haskell 2010: The Haskell-prime committee has announced a new revision of the Haskell language standard
- Over 1700 Haskell packages have now been released on Hackage.

31 July 2009:
- The Haskell Platform 2009.2.0.2 has been released.

28 April 2009:
- GHC 6.10.4, the flagship Haskell compiler, has been released, with a new parallel garbage collector, type families and data parallel arrays. Get it now.

February 2009:
- The Industrial Haskell Group has been launched, to provide support for commercial users of Haskell.
