Objectives

Save your spot with a bookmark and jump back to it

Steps

  1. View an eventlog in ThreadScope, for example the one in the module on zooming

  2. Navigate to some interesting spot in the profile (perhaps doing some zooming in the process). To do so, click in the graph to move the blue cursor to a spot of your choice.

    Click!

    Then switch to bookmarks tab. Press the plus button to create the bookmark and click in the labels field to name it.

  3. Create a few more bookmarks. Notice how the bookmarks are indicated with a pink cursor

  4. Finally, jump back to one of the bookmarks you created. To do this, just double-click on the timestamp for a bookmark. The blue cursor will land in the appropriate place.
