I think that the text should be in lowercase because it makes the name "haskell" friendlier and less threatening. See the logos of [http://www.xerox.com xerox], [http://www.att.com at&t], [http://www.intel.com intel] and even [http://www.python.org/ python] for examples of that.
 
 
In regard to the adjectives, I would say: aadsf, asdf, asdf.
