[arch-haskell] documentation

Now that I figured out how to use `cblrepo pkgbuild` to generate
PKGBUILDs, I'm having issues with building any packages. When I run
`makepkg` in any of the generated directories, I get the same error:

    Configuring *package*...
    Building *package*...
    Preprocessing library *package*...
[1 of *x*] Compiling *some module*
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
    Aborting...

This error has occurred with lrucache, failure, cryptohash, and
shakespeare. I have not tested it on any other packages yet. I can't
find any obvious errors in the PKGBUILDs and using -L with makepkg
doesn't give any more useful information. Any ideas on what I'm doing
wrong?

Thanks,

Michael
