[arch-haskell] Next sync to pull in xmonad 0.11?

I've noticed that xmonad and xmonad-contrib have moved to 0.11.  The
problem is xmonad-extras, it's requiring xmonad 0.10.* which means a
bit of work is required on my part.  I'll see if a simple adjustment
of the requirements is enough ASAP.
