Very strange since the signature is correct on the server:

% gpg --verify haskell-safe-0.3.3-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz.sig
gpg: Signature made Sun 03 Feb 2013 04:06:35 AM EST using DSA key ID A418C0FE
gpg: Good signature from "ArchHaskell (Magnus Therning) <magnus at therning.org>"

% gpg --verify haskell-safe-0.3.3-2-i686.pkg.tar.xz.sig
gpg: Signature made Sun 03 Feb 2013 02:23:11 PM EST using DSA key ID A418C0FE

Try forcing a re-download of it and see if that helps.

I invented the term Object-Oriented, and I can tell you I did not have
C++ in mind.
