I got some encouraging words in an email from Vesa dated 2010-07-10.[1]
 He must
have been interrupted by something else though :-(

I also didn't get any comments on my attempt at bumping GHC to 6.12.3[2].

Hopefully Arch will catch up with Gentoo soon ;-)
