[arch-haskell] fixes to the DBus package

Hello,

Here are several fixes for the DBus package in order to build
correctly with GHC 7 and declare pkg-config dependencies correctly.
Can someone review this patch and assert I did not break anything ?

I'd like this patch to end up in the official package, I added David
Himmelstrup to the recipient list
