 Setup sdist --snapshot copies files to the correct place
 ("dist/src/xmonad-0.7.20080820/" in this case), but attempts to create a
 tarball as if --snapshot were not given ("/bin/tar -C dist/src -czf
 dist/xmonad-0.7.tar.gz xmonad-0.7" in this case).

 The error is not present in Cabal-1.2.3.0.
