patch applied (cabal): Implement --internal flag

  * Implement --internal flag
  Passing --internal to the haddock stage does these things:
   * Does not pass --hide parameter to haddock
   * Passes --ignore-all-exports parameter
   * Appends "(internal documentation)" to the title
