If you really want it included, can I suggest you add it to the new
hackage-server implementation. On the assumption that generating the
resource is relatively cheap, I suggest just generating it on demand
rather than caching anything. In the new server the PackageDescription
for each package is always kept in memory. So it looks like it would be
very cheap.
