  Log:
  Lots of changes for Xmlambda. all changes are between
  #ifdef XMLAMBDA blocks.
  
  - new bytecodes for Inj constructors and witnesses
  - new primops for rows
  - code for calling foreign functions. This only works with
  'dynamic.c' but that is not checked in yet.
