And more: package util links -lreadline, which is unnecessary for
e.g. GetOpt or Unique or MD5.
Perhaps such metainformation about modules should belong to individual
modules. Not necessarily kept inside module source, but installed along
with modules. I imagine that after the hierarchic module namespace
is introduced, ghc's packages will lose some significance.
This makes linked libraries and #included files dependent on imported
modules, to allow moving detailed dependencies from Makefiles (where
-packages are specified) to sources.
