Compilation of happy crashes

But in the next compilation cycle it compiled ok. I make each build
with the compiler from the previous one.

During the last few builds I have "SRC_HC_OPTS += -H16M" removed
from ghc/compiler/Makefile, otherwise the compiler doesn't build.
