New ghc driver

Folks,

I'm just merging the parallel RTS (4.06 based) with the CVS head.

Could somebody point me to the relevant files that define which
options are forwarded to the C-compiler & linker (just realised that the
driver has changed quite a bit since 4.06). All I need is
  -optl-L${PVM_ROOT} -optl-lpvm3 -optl-lgpvm3
when linking with -parallel.

I also have to produce a top level shell script that kicks off the actual
parallel binary on a PVM-configured machine. Pointers to files and 
docu would be appreciated!
