Threaded RTS, Testsuite, Nightly Builds

Hi!

I was wondering if perhaps the nightly build for the HEAD could be made 
to test the threaded RTS?

But before that, I should probably sort out the test case situation:
There are several testcases in the conc directory that test deadlock 
detection, which isn't possible in the presence of foreign threads (at 
least that's what I believe). What should I do about those? Just remove 
them?
