[nightly] 15-Apr-2004 build of HEAD on Mingw32 (water)

Interestingly the ghc-inplace compiler hung trying to compile the objectio
library - Graphics/UI/ObjectIO/OS/Menu.o:

Here it goes no further (for the past hour) - I had to kill make.

I'll restart with MinGW32 out of the path and see what happens - I notice
the previous published build died completely on another file there but that
seems to be fixed now.

Which versions of MinGW32 gcc, binutils, runtime and win32 library are you
using on a regular basis?
