[nightly] 15-Apr-2004 build of HEAD on Mingw32 (water)

Hi Sigbjorn.

| Building fptools/ with mingw-2.x, mingw-3.1.0 and MSYS-1.0.10

Here it was head fptools, mingw runtime 3.2, mingw gcc 3.3.1, binutils
2.14.90, hosted by Cygwin.

I'll try some alternatives as the week goes by.
