Well, it exists, but c:\tmp or according to MSYS c:/tmp, but not c:\\tmp.

env in MSYS shows that there is 
TEMP=/tmp and
TMP=/tmp

defined.

Don't know why c:\\tmp is questionable instead of c:\tmp?

Any idea?
