MSYS build - stage 2 problem

I have tried again with the 6.2.1 sources. Build process still fails
at CPUTime.

I also tried to manually run hsc2hs-inplace and I get CPUTime_hsc_make.exe,
but what next? (If I run make again, it fails like before.)

Any workaround? (I also tried to remove CPUTime_hsc_make* and .depend, but no
avail.)
