Cygwin build problem

Hi folks,

I'm on a Windows 2000 box with a recent version of Cygwin, trying to
build ghc 6.3. This is a configuration that successfully built 6.3 a
couple of weeks ago, but now that I've downloaded a fresh copy of the
tree I can't seem to build it anymore. It's a configure problem, as
indicated below. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Bryn
