I rather doubt it.  For what it's worth, removing the line

AC_CONFIG_HEADERS([include/HsHGLConfig.h])

in libraries/hgl/configure.ac makes autoreconf run to completion. 

I have no idea what that line does.

MSYS-1.0.10,
