They're dumping out gcc warning messages for PACKAGE_BUGREPORT,
PACKAGE_NAME, PACKAGE_STRING, PACKAGE_TARNAME, which the test driver
reads as failure:

        ../../../ghc/includes/ghcconfig.h:

versus
