HEAD on XP: ghc/compiler/ghc-inplace hanging inData/Generics/Twins.hs

there was a bug, fixed on Friday, which made it loop if you use -O2.
Might that be it?  Should be ok now.

Last night I did a clean HEAD build on WinXP, and ghc-inplace got stuck
in Data/Generics/Twins.hs.  I don't know how long ghc sat there.  Today
I tried an update and "make" and got stuck in the same place.  ghc is
running, but doesn't seem to make progress.  - Conal
