The "i386-unknown-mingw32" directory doesn't exist in the binary
distrib snapshots of STABLE or HEAD, so I'm assuming you're referring
to a local build here. Looks like you haven't run the post binary-dist
prep script, distrib/prep-bin-dist-mingw.
