patch applied (ghc): Where we use $(GhcHcOpts), also add $(GhcStage1HcOpts)

  * Where we use $(GhcHcOpts), also add $(GhcStage1HcOpts)
  This fixes building the compiler with -prof in $(GhcStage1HcOpts)
