Timeout patch and dynCompileExpr for #656 are only ones I have
currently applied locally and not on d.h.o.  About #814 below.

There is also trivial patch to remove "ThreadId " from instance Show ThreadId
at libraries at .  But as noted in that thread, it has downsides as well.

But those don't show on this mailing list because at the time my
