(testsuite) ghci debugger testsuite

Fairly incomplete testsuite for the ghci debugger.
More tests will come.

The ones failing right now in my system are:

- break 4   - implicit params are not working yet
- print 12   - GADTs
- print 16   - tricky newtypes
- dynbk5   - My TH is broken ?
- dynbk8   - Coalescing is not perfect
