  * remove smp way, replace threaded with threaded1/threaded2
  
  threaded1 = -threaded -debug
  threaded2 = -O -threaded, and +RTS -N2 -RTS at runtime

    M ./config/ghc -10 +7
    M ./mk/test.mk -6
