6.4.2 release plans

Hi Simon,

I just downloaded the latest stable snapshot for Windows [1], and it
doens't include the :set prompt feature that I sent a patch for. Is it
possible for the 6.4.2 release to have this feature? I hope to have
finished WinHaskell [2] before the 6.4.3 or 6.6 are released.

If you need a new patch against any particular CVS/darcs tree then
just give me the location of the tree.
