I made a wiki page in the meantime and yesterday we finished a paper
about this.  The wiki page is at

It has a reference to the paper.  The wiki page is probably more
generally accessible, the paper has a lot of implementation details not
relevant for end users.

Andres, not sure whether this is too late to include into HCAR.  I am
currently on a plane and until I arrive, it'll be past the HCAR
deadline, I think.
