i'm correctly understood that this means that sof patch was not
applied in Oct31 version i downloaded and i need to get new version
again? or it is only for HEAD and 6.6 branch was included this patch
before oct 31?

and, while we are here - is Simon's last patch to compacting GC
included in 6.6?
