patch: New utility cachegrind-analyse to compare cachegrind output
from two runs

Okay, well, since nobody told me a way to compare the output of two
cachegrind runs, I wrote this utility that does it. It is a very very
unpolished utility, but it does seem to work. Hopefully it will even
help me track down that allocation in fish...
