Haddock applied to GHC sources?

long term we need the new Haddock - the one based on GHC - before we can really 
process the whole of GHC with Haddock.  In the past I've gone through and 
removed problems (non-doc-comments that confuse Haddock), but I suspect some may 
have crept back in.
