I've pushed a patch that fixes the segfault that (like I discussed
before) was being caused by passing in -rstderr for the ticky file
So with that patch, and the patch that Simon just pushed, I think
ticky should be OK. As far as I can tell.
One thing I noticed: the compiler option for ticky is now just
"-ticky" and not "-fticky-ticky", but there are still references to
"-fticky-ticky" in the code (e.g., compiler/main/StaticFlags.hs).
Moreover, if you compile with -fticky-ticky, you get linker errors
because the ticky version of libHSRTS doesn't get passed to the
linker. So that's somewhat strange. But the manual does say that
-ticky is the right option, and everything works OK with -ticky.
Still, I thought it was worth noting. -fticky-ticky is no longer a
valid option and references to it should be changed to -ticky, right?
I'm not fixing this yet since I'm a little confused about it.
