darcs patch: fix darcs-all --complete

What version of darcs, and with which darcs command?
"darcs get --complete" shouldn't fail, and you shouldn't be using
--complete with any other command.

By the way, it's probably too late for this time, but if the need arises
again then starting from a tarball like
  http://darcs.haskell.org/ghc-HEAD-2007-07-19-ghc-corelibs-testsuite.tar.bz2
is normally the easiest fast/low-bandwidth way.
