On second thought, I think it would be more backward compatible to  
support the old MkDLL system.  The big addition for DLLs would be  
explicit linkage (manually loading and unloading DLLs, see http:// 
msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/784bt7z7(VS.80).aspx ).
