Okay, what is the meaning of this error I'm getting repeatedly, trying
to push the testsuite patches:

Waiting for lock /srv/darcs/testsuite/_darcs/lock

...
Couldn't get lock /srv/darcs/testsuite/_darcs/lock

? (or, is there something I should do about it, like wait or fix it
somehow?)
