patch applied (ghc): Remove the X11 and HGL libraries from extralibs

  * Remove the X11 and HGL libraries from extralibs
  Don Stewart, X11 maintainer, requested we remove X11, and HGL depends on it
  on Linux (and we don't try to build HGL on Windows).
