darcs patch: FIX ghci024 -- augmented for STABLE

now that the patch and test have been merged to STABLE,
and the first buildbots have reported in, i've augmented the
patch to account for two flags that apparently didn't exist
in ghc 6.8 (*).

for your convenience, this patch

fix-ghci024-unregisterised-powerpc_apple_darwin-and-ghc-6.8.patch

 * FIX ghci024 for unregisterised, powerpc_apple_darwin, and ghc-6.8

  - for unregisterised platforms, default is '-fno-asm-mangling'
  - powerpc_apple_darwin fails on ':set -package ghc' (#1845)
  - for ghc 6.8, -fno-run-cps and -fno-convert-to-zipper-and-back
    do not exist (*)

includes the contents of the previous, un-applied, test patch

fix-ghci024-unregisterised-and-powerpc_apple_darwin.patch

which is thereby obsolete.
