There are instructions on the GHC wiki for porting GHC to a new platform:
http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/Building/Porting
If you find any errors in those instructions, you can edit them to
make them better. If you run into any problems, feel free to ask on
this mailing list.
