HEAD broken

Ian,

along with your FSLIT-related changes, you've removed includes of 
HsVersions.h from various source files. This broke the build at least on 
OS X (but I'm fairly sure this applies to other OS as well) because the 
*_TARGET_OS and *_TARGET_ARCH macros (and, possibly, others) are no 
longer defined. I've readded the includes to those modules where they 
seem to be necessary but I might have missed some. Could you please take 
a look at this.
