| I'm running into the same issue as the windows head buildbot, the build
| failing silently while configuring installPackage. Looking at the linux version
| of the failure, there is an error message from installPackage instead, suggesting
| a version mismatch, possibly caused by the explicit version constraint for
| Cabal.
