Priorities for 6.10

Simon and Ian and I were discussing this yesterday. Could the "Haskell Library Platform" *be* what we currently call "extralibs". Ie a set of useful, consistent libraries that come with GHC, but may subsequently be upgraded independently? (In principle they don't need to come with GHC, but in practice, it's really useful if a single download gets the whole caboodle.)
We probably don't want "extralibs" and the HLP.
Are you willing to lead on this?
