Plugins day 34 report

Do we know what the OSX problem is?  Is anyone working to fix it?

| In my last email I said I'd like to work on either another sample or
| developing SAT further. Today, I killed two birds with one stone by
| writing a sample plugin that gathers statistics about a quantity
| relevant to SAT: the average recursion depth of a function.

| Unfortunately, I haven't been able to test it yet because (as you've
| probably gathered) the OS X GHC build has been broken by the hsc2hs
| change. I've tried to use the downtime there to do some extra
| documentation + refactoring work.

| I'm just going to spend my time on SAT now, until I get a chance to
| get some feedback from Simon PJ.
