patch applied (testsuite): Skip recomp005 in the 6.8 branch

recomp005 is testing quite a subtle bug to do with recompilation.  6.8.2 
almost gets it right, but not quite: it should reompile D, but it doesn't. 
  I'm sure it's possible to construct a program that actually gives a wrong 
answer with 6.8.2, but I didn't manage it with this test.
