The first message says to use "remake" instead of "rebuild". But I've
never typed "rebuild" in my life, so I don't see how that could relate
to my problem.

The second message says to run "./darcs-all get", which as I said
(twice!) I've already done.

So I still don't see what you're trying to suggest I should do, but I
see in a subsequent email from Ian that he is pushing a patch to fix
this, so I assume that once that patch is pushed and I pull it, I'll
be OK.
