patch applied (testsuite): Skip ghcpkg01 in the 6.8 branch

  * Skip ghcpkg01 in the 6.8 branch
  "ghc-pkg describe testpkg-*" wasn't matching anything; looks like it
  looks at the package name in isolation, rather than considering the
  package name and version together.
